Return Eligibility
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice) is mandatory for all returns and refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, opened batteries, and electrical components cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. Please email photos of the product within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
